Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4, 1979) is an American model, actress and performer. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her, as well as Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
